We are convinced that this is the way to build trust with our employees (m/f/d) and our business partners. That is why we want to create a safe and reliable way for everyone to report violations of the law to us. Our whistleblowing system accepts specific indications and potential wrongdoings from PRO PET Austria employees.

The Schindhelm Whistleblowing Solution is available to all our employees as well as third parties. Reports can be made anonymously and in your own language via this platform, although we always encourage you to disclose your identity and enter into a dialogue with us. We assure you that all data and information you share via our whistleblower system will be treated with the maximum neutrality as well as strictly confidential. In the event of conflicts of interest in the professional environment, violations of principles of conduct in the workplace and of human rights, or in the event of violations of labor law, employee protection or working time violations, please use still the PRO PET Austria's complaints boxes and ideas management and not the Schindhelm Whistleblowing Solution. Of course, you can also contact PRO PET Austria's Human Resources Department directly in these cases.

What you can do to protect yourself

  • You are not on the corporate network (Internet/VPN).
  • You should not use a device (smartphone, computer, etc) that is provided by your employer.
  • You should not use the kinds of idioms or abbreviations that you frequently use in conversations or when writing emails.
